I can buy that the guy had a flush or a competing straight, but not a full house.
If he had a set after the flop, then I'd think (hope?) he'd bet more that bbx2 with two hearts showing. Instead it looks to me more like a defensive bet with two overcards.
Then the 3c hits and he made another small bet, probably hoping everyone would just call and let him see another card.
Hmm... actually I changed my mind. I think he has A6. He came in for cheap on the SB, you don't have a read on him, but it sounds like its been a loose table. He hits top pair top kicker and can't walk away. Suddenly it becomes a set and he gets cocky, figuring that nobody with a club-suited hand would have gotten through the raise you made earlier.
