preflop - fine
flop - with a straight (or already made straight) and flush draw, and you having a good number of outs, i would push all-in here. if he wants to chase, make him pay to do it.
turn - his flop betting (since he didn't reraise you) looks like no flopped straight, but now two flush draws - once again, push all-in. although at this point, he probably feels pot committed and is not backing out.
river - with the river spade and his $5 bet, i'd fold assuming the flush
if i suspect a draw, i like to hit hard on the flop. if they still choose to ignore pot odds, at least i'll cash in the majority of the times they don't hit their draws.
