Play money is useful to learn the rules and structure of the game and to figure out some basic strategy. I suggest you use play money along with some good reading (Sklansky & Brunson) as an introduction to the game. | |

There is indeed .01/.02 NL games at Stars, lowest limit games are .02/.04. To learn how the game works, I'd recommend playing the .01/.02 games as it is near impossible to leave a table down by a lot. | |
