o It's short handed, so I'm less inclined to put him on KK.
o KK will check this flop quite often and let you get pot-struck.
o With the pot equal to the size of your stack, no f'n way I laydown any hand with showdown value.

    *yawn*

Re-raise all in preflop. His preflop play makes it look like he has QQ or KK, probably KK. He probably knows you have a high pocket pair since you raised and re-raised, thinking you'd call his all in on the flop. I'd say you lost since if you won this hand you probably wouldn't have posted on FTR.

You got in 1/3 of your stack with AA pre-flop. Whatever the results are you won this hand.

just making sure theres no chance of laying this down.

while i understand that its +ev to call regardless, just wanted to know how many would even consider a laydown.

The only mistake you possibly could make here is folding.

...and this is a long long long fucking way from a crying call. If you seriously think this is a crying call then you're probably folding too much.

He hit is King, so what? Fnord is right, i only need like 1/4 of my stack in preflop to not even consider laying it down.

No one has the guts to do that with Trips after his opponent showed huge strength preflop, with that thinking it's an easy call.

That makes no sense. If I set on the flop I certainly would push knowing my opponent would call. He would call because he showed that much strength PF.

The call is easy because that much money was put in PF. I am not fearing set here because he would have to put in that much with a PP AND he would have to hit. The fact that a K shows on the flop reduces the chances that he holds KK. Reguardless, I am calling this flop with an overpair.

    Easy call.

You dont put it down post flop thats for sure.
Calling the reraise is nice imo.
Id be shoving the flop anyway if i get some action and if opp hits a king with KK then he broke em. Oh well.
