Can I make a few guesses?

1. AK. TPTK on the flop; your raise worried him but he wasn't about to let it go. He's grateful to you for slowing down on the river.

2. A8s. It's not beyond the realms of possibility if he's loose. Possibly looking to check-raise the turn but your bet was big enough that he's not willing to raise in case you have KK/QQ.

3. AA. Not the best flop for him, but he doesn't have to worry about two pair after the turn. Again he's wary of KK/QQ.

4. AcQc. Considered himself pot-committed by the river.

5. Some other ridiculous fishy hand that you're beating horribly.

They're the only hands I can think of that wouldn't raise at some point.
