Ok, I'll explain already. Leading out on that type of flop for the full pot against a serious preflop raise is very nonstandard. Thus, I thought about this play for a while. It's very unlikely he called this raise from the BB with a 6 in his hand. Also, he certainly wouldnt do this with JJ. Calling this raise from the BB with KJ or Jx is also quite unlikely. I think the most likely hands are TT-77 trying to find out if I've got an overpair since a J isnt likely to help my hand and two sixes certainly aren't either. He also may have AJ or QQ. If he's doing something extremely tricky with a big pair I'll pay it off but i doubt it. Thus, I think I'm ahead of his range here and if I raise I'll kill the action. Thus, I tank for about 15 sec then call trying to represent a whiffed AK that doesn't know what to do.

On the turn he bets 40 again into a 38$ pot. Any possible hand that has me killed (6, JJ, AA-KK) is value betting at this point, not betting a huge amount into this pot. Thus, I actually sense desperation here and notice that everything in the hand range I put him on would probably fold if I pushed, even getting such good odds. This is key to why I push instead of just call. I figure AJs to be even more likely than I did previously, and I don't want to just split this pot; I want the whole thing. So I push.

He folded after about five seconds of thought.
