villain is 63/0 over 9 hands

So in my experience he has either some random garbage, 98, jq, etc, or he just hit 2pair or similar, but I'm not sure in what ratio.

Call or fold? In the past I've usually folded because there aren't many missed draws and his line makes no sense with jt, but I think it might be a mistake.

I don't normally agree with this, but on this hand I can't find a fold. I'm thinking he hit 2 pair with T8 or something like that. I'd call and take notes.
