I guess it depends on how many tables you play then.

You can't play more than 1 table successfully online imo. You can't see the other player while online so it's already pretty hard to get reads, if you play more than 1 table you will miss out on all the stuff you need to pick up to make up for that fact. That is unless PokerStars incorporates webcam use into it's software like I've emailed support about.

Wait... You've talked to me on skype. Do I have any voice tells?

True, true. With premium pairs, my voice gets lilty. On a draw, I tend to growl more.

It wasn't easy, but I finally feel comfortable with the verbal part of my game.

    $1/$2 and $2/$4 6max NLHE online
$5/$10 $1k max (or comperable) live
I play out of my savings (six figures.) If I'm not comfortable sticking it all in, I'm playing too big.

True. OP should consider playing PLO; you don't need to worry about BRM as much, since you're rarely a huge underdog preflop.
So you click their picture and then you get their money?

I like 20 100bb buy ins minimum. Set a bankroll limit and if you fall below it don't be too stubborn(ie. retarded) to drop stakes.
If you planned to "suck out" you did the first half.
