Personally, I probably would have called. There's the off chance he hit his set, but the most likely scenario is that he has either top pair with an ace kicker or he has a pair of 10's or J's and wants to take the pot down there before overcards show up. You have the biggest stack so you may have made a great lay down and saved yourself some chips. The blinds are low so there's no need to risk your stack.
