Third hand of a $10 SnG. 2 AI before me, but after my raise. For this reason, I put both on poket pairs that were under Her Highness (of course this early I couldn't be sure). Should I have called, with the coin flip opportunity to triple up early (which, in this particular scenario, would have paid off)? Or did I make the right move, letting the maniacs duke it out?

Was a good fold.

Im on the fence on whether I would call. I probably wouldnt since its 2-callers. However, I like AK, AA, and KK with 2-callers and might make the call knowing I can get 2:1 on my money.

With it being the first hand it would be great to triple up if you aren't to bothered about being out first. Usually I'm willing to go all-in with AK but not call an all in (unless its a SS yada yada).

It's true that you're probably up against 2 pocket pairs and might triple up if you hit. However, the risk is high with a caller in front of you that you could be up against a monster AA/KK. Good fold, IMO.
