    Default wtf?

OK, so I'm branching out occasionally into a bit of 25NL (I am primarily a SnG player).

Anyway, I sit down at a recently formed table, and this happens first hand. Routine fold I guess, I just thought it was a bit bizarre, so I thought I would get some of your views...

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (7 handed)

    BB ($10)
    UTG ($25)
    Staresy ($25)
    MP2 ($9.75)
    CO ($13.05)
    Button ($4.80)
    SB ($3.65)

Preflop: Staresy is MP1 with 5, 7. UTG posts a blind of $0.25. Staresy posts a blind of $0.25.
UTG (poster) checks, Staresy (poster) checks, 1 fold, CO calls $0.25, 2 folds, BB checks.

    Flop: ($1.10) A, 7, 3 (4 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, Staresy bets $0.75, CO raises to $12.8, BB folds, UTG folds, Staresy ????

A3 that doesn't want drawn out on, or could be A7. With such a small pot I guess I let this go, but I sooooo want to call. I think you have 11 outs.....plus runner runner str8 (I don't count those as outs....)

I would insta-call this if it had been the button that limped, and then had pushed flop, but that's only because he is short stacked....

He has an A and doesn't want you to draw for cheap. Might even have a set. You will have to catch a club most likely to win this hand. I fold.

This is about neutral EV. 14 outs is a little less than 50% to win, and you are getting just under 1:1 pot odds. Either call or fold is a good move.

yeah, raising the already all-in player would be awful
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

Call is a bad move. I am pretty sure of those "14 outs", they are not all clean.
