kinda hard to tell with just cold calls maybe JT, QT, KT. id check the river though and then call or fold depending on how much he bet

Hmmm... at my usual level of NL50, a minraise before the flop is either the mark of a maniac who likes to juice up the pot with most everything, or someone who (mistakenly) wants a few callers to stay in and pay off their premium hands.

After the turn bet, I'd be worried about a set with villain holding JJ-KK. Having said that, I'd probably lead out with a $40-$60 bet. If you get raised, you're most likely beat.

the harsh thing is his stack size, he has $102 at the river and the pot is $184 if you raise $40 pot is 224 if he raises allin u need to call ~60 into a ~320 pot which is great odds over 5-1.

So a $40 - $60 river bet will surely commit you to call if he pushes? in this case maybe check and hope for a cheap showdown?.. and fold to a big bet - i dunno i think this is where you need a read on the player for more of an idea of his hand value

I figured I couldnt fold to an all-in if he made one. This is because I felt if he had a made straight, he would have been more aggressive. Because of his pre-flop minraise, I felt he couldnt have KK QQ or JJ (which would have raised more), so I didnt think he had flopped a set. So if I went all-in, I could get him to call with worse hands, whereas If i checked he would just check-behind with anything worse (except maybe a bluff). So I moved all-in.

Them short stacks are annoying at the rivers of big pots eh. I aggree chances of him flopping a set are very low, but if hes a realy bad player he may of min raised with AT, this is your only real worry though theres not many other hands u beat apart from KT, JQ, mid pairs and bluffs.
