Default Can I split my bankroll like this?

    Ok so,

I have a 5K bankroll in neteller right now.

I would like to deposit 2K into bodog to play the stud there to clear a 200 dollar bonus and to bet on some sports. The Stud games however are not always going on so I sometimes have to wait. Also I can only play 1 table at a time with bodog's new software.

Could I put 1K into pokerstars where I have 200+ in bonuses left to clear and have a constant MTT running while I wait to play on bodog? Would that mess with my head too much? (I tried playing turbos and limit hold em at the same time once, didn't pan out too well) How are the PS MTTs in general? What level should I play at with my bankroll?

Split it if you want. Make a spreadsheet or something so you know where everything is. Dont lose any

I have a bankroll organizing spreadsheet (blank) I've been sharing with folks if you want it. It might be a little more than you need if you're only playing 2 or 3 sites at a time. Anyone can PM me for it.

I read your question differently, though. I think you want to know if Stars tables can be played simultaneously with Bodog tables. Some combinations clash and won't permit both sites to operate at the same time, but I do NOT think this is one of those combinations.

    Go for it!

What sites can't you run together? I've never heard of that or had any problems.

the only times I've ever heard of problems was two programs that were on the same network. for example, you used to not be able to run Party Poker and Poker Now simultaneously. Actually, even through they are no longer on the same network, I think it still Doesn't work.

I've experienced several casino/pokerroom combinations that don't want to jive together. Poker/Poker from 2 networks never gave me a problem that I can recall.

    PM coming, Robert.

For y'all who were wondering how my first 20+2 MTT went.

On the bubble 3rd in chips.

    Poker Stars
    No Limit Holdem Tournament
    Blinds: t400/t800
    (Ante: t50)
    6 players
    Converter

    Stack sizes:
    Hero: t12074
    UTG+1: t12280
    CO: t8677
    Button: t16304
    SB: t9764
    BB: t10644

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG with :As: :Ad:
Hero raises to t5400, 4 folds, BB calls t5600.

Flop: :Tc: :Kc: (t5500, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero is all-in t4624, BB calls all-in t3194.
Uncalled bets: t1430 returned to Hero.

    Turn: :Jh: (t21888, 0 player + 2 all-in - Main pot: t21888)

    River: (t21888, 0 player + 2 all-in - Main pot: t21888)

    Results:
    Final pot: t21888
    BB showed :Ks:
    Hero showed :As: :Ad:

Terrible. But it does lead me to ask the question: Where does profit come from in MTTs?. Is it from the 1 in 20 times that you win 50 times your money or is it the 1 in 3 times that you get ITM? To rephrase, is every "not final table" essentially the same or is any ITM an accomplishment.

Sorry to post in my own thread again but after a week this is what happened:

I cashed out my last 50 dollars from pokerstars after losing 950.

    I won 450 on bodog.

    Final thoughts:

    Pokerstars, fuck you
