 Caro's Book of Tells
Gave this book a quick read last week and think its a valuable collection of other things I've heard and read. I've seen comments on it here before, but thought a quick summary might help some decide if its worth the investment.
Structure of the book is instructional, with pretty good examples - including pictures. Caro breaks Tells down into several categories, which is helping me to 1) remember what he's telling me and 2) understand the overall picture so I can pick up on related things. Here are the categories, along with some examples he discusses:

Shuffling a Hand
Nervousness
Double Checking (looking at hole cards repeatedly or in the middle of a hand)
Glancing at Chips
Sudden Interest
2)Tells from Actors
Weak Means STrong

Misdirected Bets

I think there's enough in the book to warrant a buy. My plan for implementing it is to pick two or three of the major items and focus on those during my next session. I played B&M on Saturday and focused on "Glancing at Chips", "Double Checking" and "Nervousness", with only mixed results. The table I was at was very weak, but I did use the "Double Checking" tell to fold a couple of hands correctly. Picked up on one lady who had the very clear habit of staring at the flop when weak and who would usually quickly glance at her chips when she really had a hand, but didn't really get to use that info against her.
Overall, worth the money if you're playing a lot of offline poker against decent players.
