    Default Computer monitor noob

    Ok, Im sick of the massive overlap AP is giving me and since I wanna 6table I need a bigger monitor.

    Problem is I have no idea what size to get. How can I figure out how I will fit 6 AP tables on a screen?

    I know nothing about what resolution means or how to figure out how high a res I need or how big a monitor I need to fit these 6 screens.

    Lil help plz

    What is your current rez? 1280x1024?

    {if you need help: Right click on desk-top -> "properties" -> "Settings" tab

    If you can slide the screen resolution to the right do that}

    AP's windows are 800x600

    1600x1200 is about the best you can do for a flat panel. That does 4 with no overlap, not sure how you could do 6. If you could dual monitor it you could do 2 on your old one.

    I'm not sure if you can get a 1920x1200 widescreen. That would give you no overlap vertically, some overlap horizontally (about 1/3 the table).

    If you want to buy a CRT (the old "normal" monitor). You can get 2048x1536 or better which would allow 9 with minimal overlap.
