Default Continue with Sklanski or seek different POV...

First let me say, I have not read TOP as of yet. Go ahead beat me into oblivion for neglecting it. It is without a doubt my next purchase.

My first poker literature purchase was Sklanski's Small stakes Hold 'em. I have read, re-read, re-read, and am reading again. I feel I've got a solid grasp on his concepts and have had success in playing Sklanski's style of game.

I have read the reviews and posts about LLHAP and many of the other books. This naturally seems like the next best book to buy (after TOP), but is there something I should consider buying instead? I'm sure there is significant overlap in reading both of these books but could my money be better spent reading an author with a different point of view? I play only online, but am looking for strategy books not necessarily books about online play.

If you have read LLHAP and other books please feed me recommendations on my next purchase.

I play mostly limit due to my bankroll if that helps. Thanks.

Many of the guys are recommending the books by Ed Miller and Lee Jones, especially for limit players.

See this thread for a good discussion on these:

I did read that post. Ed Miller Co-wrote Small Stakes Hold 'em with Sklansky and Malmuth.

After reading and applying concepts contained in LLHAP, am I likely to find that some of those may not apply at lower limits?

    Sorry about the vagueness...
This book assumes that your oppenents play fairly well, doesn't it? What I meant was, are there concepts contained in this book that may be better applied to those players as oppossed to players of the fishy variety?

no as title says, it's targeted vs players that play in low limit, who will chase everything pretty much
