do different skins on same network have exactly same players?

Do all people playing on different skins of the same network play the same exact same players? So for example if I sign up on Carbon Poker, will I be facing any/all of the players who play on Sportsbook (or Players Only or any other Merge site)? I guess I'm wondering if there's any difference in the competition from one skin to another. Thanks.

Yes, you will be playing against the same players.

The only differences I can think of is banking options and promos so do your research!
