    Default Doyle's Room 'action points'

does anybody know how "action points" on doyle's room are accumulated? I couldn't find any specifics on the site. they have a 110% bonus up to $550 plus a hardcover edition of SS2. I was wondering how difficult it was to clear and if it was worth it.

I can't speak to the doylesroom issue, but i had BAD BAD luck with an action-oriented bonus at pokerchamps. It seemed like you had to play 3/6+, and play it well, to have any chance at clearing. Their thing was about what % of the rake you, personally, had contributed, so being dealt into a great many hands meant fuck-all if you weren't calling and raising.

My .02. Be wary of bonuses based on your contribution to the rake; this encourages loose crappy play and if you don't play loose-crappy it's a bitch to clear

well, I looked into it, and your right, that's pretty much how it works. and even though it looks as though it would take a while to clear, it works out to 50% rakeback, which doesn't sound like a bad offer at all, plus a free hardcover of SS2!
