yes and yes. It's not so much a poker strategy book as a money management guide/ collection of anecdotes though

i have it on my computer have never gotten to read it

right now i am reading banker, professor and the suicide king, for a non poker strategy book, it is great for a book just to take away from the game but still stay kind of intact.

I would reccomend both for subtle aftrer session reads.

You won't find much strategy in there (Apart from a few tournament hands at the end), but you'll find some very interesting anecdotes, general strategies, etc.

I personally find it a fascinating book, and would definitely recommend it.

It's the first poker book I've bought (the rest I just read from my local library). It's a true "labor of love" and extremely well done. Like everyone said, it's more a guide to what it takes to be a successful poker player (besides playing the actual cards). I highly recommend.
