Internet Texas Holdem : Matthew Hilger

I just received a free copy of "Internet Texas Holdem" from absolute poker. Have had a quick read through it today and it seems pretty good. I have a fair amount of no limit experience, but have not played very much limit. I read Hellmuth's limit book, and gave his strategy a try, but it seems far too tight, and I know many of you agree that his book is terrible. I was thinking about doing a few thousand hands following the advice in this book instead, and I was wondering if any of you experienced limit players had any opinions on it?

I haven't read the book, but hear decent things about it. My question is: How long did it take to receive. I just ordered some gear from the ARP store and was curious when to expect it.

I think it took about 3-4 weeks to get to me here in the UK. I just noticed it is signed by the author too, which is cool.
