I dunno but moneybookers defineately isnt working. I didnt have the original email anymore (went to spam folder and I never moved it). I checked the lock cashier and the cashout stated "processing". I cancelled it and requested a new one this time moving the email to my actual inbox.

@rizen thanks for the offer I'll give this attempt @ a cashout a couple more days and assuming nothing moves along forward you the info, appreciate the help.

fwiw the amount of money in question isn't too much but obv lock CS needs to take care of this . . .

Your Moneybookers withdrawal request of $xxx.00 has been received and will be processed within 72 hours."

At least a followup after 2 weeks woulda been nice :S Or saying moneybookers is temporarily unavailable or whatever the case may be.

We will be re-opening at some point in the future, I don't have an ETA right now, I was told 4-6 weeks a few weeks ago.

Hey guys. I just wanted to update everybody with my Lock Poker experience. They're legit. I've withdrawn and received a check in the mail. I'm yet to deposit it and will update again when it clears.

As for my iPad, I've also received that.

See that Fedex envelope on my bed? Yup, that's my check.

lol onto the 4th cashout request horray! I may just tilt my little bankroll away playing highstakes mtts. Would sure suck if I actually won anything Seriously though this is ridiculous. Finally customer support emails me back saying I need to verify identity which is fine / standard but you should tell me that when I ask for a cashout as opposed to just saying pending / processing. Then they make me open a new cashout request, which they have since cancelled because I need to send in documents (which I was doing of course). 4th time?

Hey Jyms. It took me a little over 16K hands to clear the iPad.

I'm not sure if you're asking to try and clear an iPad but the promotion is over FWIW.

yea, i figured it was. I like to punish myself over things I miss out on. I think there still may be an iPad promo or two on RTR still. So I was just wondering about the time before I look into it in case I can get in under a deadline and have time.

Hmm...doing a quick Google search makes me feel as if there's nothing at the current time. However, with the huge success of the iPad promotion over at Lock Poker, I wouldn't be surprised if other poker rooms try something like this to attract new players in the near future.

If there's anything I can do to help or you have more unanswered questions, obviously shoot me a message or whatever.

I got paid, SURE it was six weeks later and the 4th cashout request but I got paid so I guess that's better than not getting paid :S

My industry sources are telling me that the Merge Network of online poker rooms is to reopen to new US signups in the next week or so. The Merge Network includes such brands as the well-respected Carbon Poker, and the skyrocketing Lock Poker.

Should be promising news.
