Platinum Star FPP - around what % rakeback?
Has anyone done a rough % calculation of what kind of "rakeback" you can get by being a platinum star on Poker Stars? You get 150% FPP's, meaning earn 50 FPP and you actually get 125 FPP.
There's also the $685 cash VIP FPP store item which is 50,000 FPP.
Now that I am at 100NL I think I'm doing about 16-20,000 FPP a month.
Stars says for NL:
-----------------------
First Frequent Player Point (FPP) is awarded for playing a hand in which the rake reaches:
* $0.40 for NL/PL poker games with blinds $1/$2 and lower
Second FPP is awarded for playing a hand in which the rake reaches:
* $2.00 for all 6-max tables (this doesn't apply for games being played 6- handed at 10/9/8 player tables - just 6-max tables)
* $3.00 for all other tables
Third FPP is awarded for playing a hand in which the rake reaches $5.00.
------------------------
But I really don't know how this translates to a normal 100NL game. Anyone able to do a rough math calc? How are FPPs determined in regards to "playing a hand" -- I mean just because you are the table and folded PF I'm guessing you don't get the third FPP in huge pots, right? Or do you?
I know this probably pales compared to rakeback at full tilt, but I am just curious.
