poker tracker question

I want to get poker tracker but how do I get PS to give me my complete hand history? or do I have to start over?

I highly doubt any pokerroom would have anymore then your last 1000 hands stored. You will be lucky if you get that many

email support they will comply the best they can with you...

A couple of months ago, I requested all the real money hands I had played at PS and they emailed me a couple of links that allowed me to download two zipfiles containing all the HHs. Admittedly at the time it was only about 8,000 hands, but they were able to meet the request - pretty impressive.

Getting those hands into PT was another story though - I had to cut the huge text files into lots of about 200 hands each otherwise PT crashed.

Yep, emailed PS and they sent me two text files with all of my hands (still loading them into PT so I'm nots ure how many hands that is)

There is a setting that can be used to save every hand on your hard drive.
