is it possible for me to share my pokertracker with a friend on a different computer?

yes but only one. I think your license enables you to run it on two computers at once maximum.

so would i have to send my friend my pokertracker? or tell him to download his own version and igiveh im the activation code?

have him download it himself.

Email pokertracker support to get a new code.

give the new code to your friend.

Who cares who uses it? He payed the 55 bucks, and the license is for two computers. So long as no more than two computers use this software, I don't see a problem here.

Other than the fact that it violates the user agreement you accept when you download/install the software?
