Rakeback

I'm looking to possibly get started with a rake back program. As long as the site has decent software and action I'll consider it. If you have any information about rake back programs please contact me via PM. PLEASE DO NOT SPAM THIS THREAD.

I want to get in a rakeback program as I play a ton of hands and the epoints on empire just is not cutting it. Can someone either reply to this post or PM me with some info on a rakeback?

It's ok. We're just a bit edgy of people who make one post and its pimping some site or deal. You've got to understand how we see it. In the future, just pm the person who was asking for the rake back deal and post in the thread that you have some information and should be contacted if someone is interested.

We don't like spam or spam-esque posts.

So if someone was going to jump off a building would you offer to push them off. I dont care how many posts u have anywhere but here. Rake backs benefit the giver as well as the receiver. U dont deserve it sorry. I understand your point perfectly fine and if you are halfway intelligent you will understand mine. Gorilla summed it up nicely. Nothin against you but think where im comin from. In the end I'm the GOD of this forum . At least this section of it. I listened and decided I am still right.

Like others have said, this is a sensitive topic that involves a lot of money. It's not trivial to get the best deals and set-up the infrastructure to do these things well. Pimp'n ain't easy.

I have a quick question. I never really looked into this at all, but I am guessing that this has to all be setup before you setup an account with the different online pokerrooms correct? If it doesn't, is this worthwhile looking into if you play 4K-5K hands a week?

Yes it does have to be setup before, YES it is worthwhile, even at small limits.

I played online for a year before I set up a rakeback program. I wish I would have done it earlier. It really makes me feel better about the months when I come out even or just marginally ahead.

I only have two words to say about that then... cr ap I think I whored myself all over the place and there aren't any sites left that I really like playing on that I don't already have an account at.

I think there are a couple places my wife hasn't setup an account yet, that I like playing at that I can use. Is there a good place that I can go that would be a good place to look into this and read more about, or if someone wants to pm me where if they have places for me to look without posting things that we shouldn't. Unless it's ok to keep asking these bonehead newbie questions in this thread.

Here's a secret tip about how to get the best rake back possible, that I know of. It takes a bit of hassle, but if your a long term player it makes great sense.

Lets say you have a brother, or a girlfriend, or father, it doesn't really matter who, but someone you are very close with. You have them become an affiliate (this is not hard) for the particular site that you want to deposit into. Instead of collecting the one time fee for the referral, the affiliate should choose the long term residual commision based on the referee's play.

Then when the affiliate (your girlfriend) recieves her affiliate check, she graciously takes you out to dinner, or the hockey game, or whatever. got it?

This way you can always be getting a small % of your rake back every hand you play....

party also freezes your affiliate money if you fail to sign up any new customers for like 60 days or something like that....it's all part of the terms.

yeah, Party is weird like that. I am suspicious about my affiliate revenue there myself. I have had people deposit, and then no payout. What can you do? It is my guess they only played sit n go's and therefore lost their $50 before PP had a real chance to rake them..

Many sites to play at though other than PP...

The Party Skins are cracking somewhat, but I've not had any problems setting people up at Empire.

Plus, if Party and Poker Now create enough problems for folks, there are other great sites to step in and take over market leadership.
