Default TGC wonky, where's my bonus?

I've cleared two levels of bonuses at gamingclub, and sent 'em an email each time because the money's not appearing.

I don't like their software much; if their service is this bad I'm gonna pack up and leave with or without the bonus $20s.

Anyone got decent response from them?

I'm in the process of trying to clear it now.

What limit tables did you play and how long did it take? You cleared $40?

well i played some 25/50 LHE -- that took forever. .5/1 much better since it's 3 points at a time.

Mostly I'm bummed that they don't respond to eml for help. also the software kinda sucks, so if i don't hear from them i'm on to greener pastures.

For me they answered inside a day with a good detailed response. But yeah the software and the bonus isn't that great... At least if you play LImit like me, too little action..

I only have 287 raked hands as of this morning, but I have gotten my first $20 of the bonus already. Not really sure how, but it came quickly. I'm playing 1/2 fixed limit 3 tables at a time so I collect points pretty fast.

I also kind of like the software...you can three table it with only one window open. There's small icons in the bottom left of the main window that say Lobby, Table 1, Table 2, and Table 3. It's a little annoying at first, but you get the hang of it. Especially if your basically only playing as tight as humanly possible in order to clear the bonus.

blech. i made bad mistakes. not TGC's fault

-opened the real money acct a couple months ago, but didn't deposit til this month. so my 30 days had expired -- it's from the creation of the account, not the first deposit.
-TGC's responses, which I assume were great, were going into bulk mail folder

I moved out of there this morning. Alas. Net +$50 though so I can't really complain.

OK, this thead has been bothering me. WTF is "wonky"?

I assumed it was some variation of wacky, or something like that.

    wonky... is not quite right.

If the mustard has gone bad, your sandwich might taste wonky. I'd also say it has a connotation of confusion - Example - "does the washing machine sound wonky to you? I can't quite put my finger on it, but something seems off."

    slow day at work today!
