Tournament Summary problems on Stars

Is anyone else having problems getting tournament summaries from Stars? For the last few days, I request a tourney (or tourneys), either by specific tourney ID or the last X, but nothing arrives. Furthermore, after requesting once, the pulldown menu has the option for requesting summaries greyed out, so I can't request again without restarting PS.

Am I alone here? I've never dealt with PS support... are they useful?
