How did I do here?

First hand: Your raise preflop to thin the field worked. Congrats! Usually at micro limits, these raises mean nothing. :P Unfortunately, your postflop play was, I'm sorry to be harsh, but very bad. If you thought he didn't have anything, why would you check/call both the flop and the turn? Pushing all in on the river here is a mistake to someone who's been firing pretty much the entire time and you're lucky he folded if you truly had AJs. I can't believe he folded trips to you there.

Second hand: Calling preflop isn't that bad here; I'm kind of biased, since QJs, especially QJ hearts is a favorite hand of mine. Hey; they're high suited connectors. :) Anyway, your play on the flop was pretty bad. I can see checking in early position, but checking behind was pretty weak, not to mention, just begging to be outdrawn on. There is both a straight AND a flush draw on the board, and you're just begging anyone with Ax suited or KQ off to draw out on you. Not to mention, you could gain information on what your opponent had. If he raised back at you VERY HARD after a 2/3's pot size bet from you, you might be able to fold this. Personally, I'm not sure I would have been able to fold holding three jacks in this position, but most people up at the higher limits don't raise with AJ off from early position; I usually don't take into account AJ. I can understand you calling off your stack somewhat after the checks on the flop.

Thank you for correcting my plays. I'll go over you post again and remeber how I should have played. Being harsh helped, If I don't get a straight forward answer now I'm mostly like not to rember what to do so I'm not offened or anything.

why did you check call to the river with ace high, i mean if he had a 7 you had to hit running jacks or aces to win, and then push over the top a big bet? i dont get how that possibly worked.

By checking you are not getting a good read on what he has. Both those hands would likely have played out differently if you had been raising. In this case the outcome of both hands together would have been about the same but in the long run you need reads on what he is holding.
