Reads not too good, but it really smelled like TPGK. I wish I had known this guy was a calling station before this hand, but anyway, do you take a free card on the turn in hopes of hitting an A, K or diamond? What about on the flop? Was I too aggressive?

that would be the point in raising the flop...

I push the flop, or minraise the flop and check behind on the turn. Only push the flop if think opp will fold, eitherwise go for the minraise..

Add this guy to your buddy list. Q7 UTG, he calls. The he calls a 4x bb raise with Q7. Then he hits top pair bad kicker and can't lay it down, even when the board pairs.
Most people would fold in his situation with how your playing (Had I not seen your hand your playing it like AA or KK pushing him off a draw) Not much you can do with a calling station like him.

IMO Perfectly played, you might have lost some value with the big bet on the flop, scaring out a smart player but aside from that it was perfect.

Thanks for the replies guys. Like I said, I wish I had known this guy was a calling station before the hand. One last question, do you think calling or folding on the flop is an option? If I knew he was a calling station, then I have very little fold equity with a flop raise, and given that it's about 50/50, would folding or calling be a smart play that would potentially save me money in the long run? Thanks.
