Hand 1: I wouldn't expect AK played by an aggressive player to be limped this way more than 1/10 times.

Hand 2: Is OP really going to check the nuts or 2nd nuts after he's shown his opponent is willing to call down some large bets on the flop and turn? Also, if he had a boat, he would almost certainly love the club on the river because it would mean he could take a large portion of villain's stack on a very probably second best hand. I suppose seeing many, many checkraises in similar positions from Smackin might slow villain up, but I think the chances of a boat playing this way are almost nothing.

In both hands I think not value betting the river in position when checked to is a huge mistake unless you would fold either hand to a big checkraise -- and that's just scared poker. There are plenty of second-best hands possible in both who will call a reasonable bet on the river, and very few opponents who are going to take the huge risk of you checking behind -- especially when you (villain) were completely passive in both hand -- to checkraise with a stronger hand.
