2 hands
I manage to do the wrong things at the wrong times.
I am thinking I should have pushed the flop or at least called the turn bet. Your move?
No read on the opp. He had not been at the table long and I hadn’t seen him show down any hands.

The next hand I enter is this one. The flush is possible here and I am still kicking myself for the weak laydown on the AAs. I decide to push and the nut flush calls. Your move would have been? Fold the flop or turn?

1st hand -- I say re-raise the flop to $5, this will let him know you have better than TPTK. This also should give you control of the hand since you have position. If he re-raises you are beat, if he flat calls you are not in great shape but you have control.
I don't see him having 64, 58 or 53 with your pre-flop raise so the straight is out. I don't fear a set here: KK is possible but not likely since no re-reraise pre-flop, 66 and 44 are possible, but I pay them off here. I don't see him calling a 6x PFR with K6 or K4. I think you laid down the best hand to a TPTK.
2nd hand -- I think you know you shouldn't have pushed with flush on the board.

Yes, raising the flop for info would have been the right thing to do. I mostly feared K4, K6, K7. At these levels I often see people calling PFRs with these kinds of hands. You can't rule anything out.
2nd hand: The vast majority of pots that I lose are to flushs and straights so I am very gun shy. And I was a tad on tilt from the previous laydown of As.
Anyway, thanks for the comments.
