Big Laydown
Can't be anything else but AA or a real foolish bluff on KK or QQ. Still was tough to fold this one even though he gave away his hand in the chat at the end.

Amazing laydown, i'd be losing pretty much every time there. A 90c pre-flop raise could have been AJ which would have got the same chat from him. Was he playing very tight or had u seen him play before to get reads? To my knowledge I've never laid down a set to a higher one, to flushes and straights sure.
-
I'm sorry but I could never make that laydown and I dont even know if thats a good idea at 25 NL. People play so erraticaly that half the time they reraise with less than premium hands. I think laying down sets in 6-max is just bad business, I'd only consider it in 10-max.
Also, dont call a 16x BB reraise with 99, your probably behind when he reraises there.
-
Preflop I put him on AA or KK and was just calling to hit my set. I just didn't see how I could call at the end with the preflop action, his huge overbet all-in, and his "I have a huge hand, please call" messages in the chat. I mean, besides a huge bluff for the hell of it, what can he have here except AA?
-
Here's another big laydown I made today. Not sure if this one was correct. He either has a flush draw or a set here to smooth call then go AI over the top of a reraise. I thought a set was more likely so I laid down my top two. Right move or too tight?

After looking at that second hand, i think your playing way too weak. I wouldnt be suprised if he just had a Q, maybe bottom two. Normally its a bad idea to fold top two in 6-max, espicially in 25$ 6-max.
I'd start calling down a lot more of these. Sometimes you gotta pay people off, but most of the time you're ahead.
Edit: Also, delete those "You have options at table X" messages from your hand histories. They make it really hard to read lol
-
Point taken, though I don't think I'm playing too weak at all. Tilting too much definitely, bluffing too much quite possibly, but making too many big laydowns I don't think so. I will never lay down top-two or better on a non-dangerous board unless I have a strong read that I'm beat like I did in the two hands posted.
In the second hand I think I actually might have been ahead since he told me later he had a set of queens (which I assume was a lie). I still think I made a pretty good laydown there given the action, and I don't think he had anything else but a flush draw or a set, and like I said, I think the set was more likely. Then again maybe I'm just not used to playing NL25, though he didn't seem to be one of the NL25 goofballs who would play just a queen like this.
