Re-raise. Need to know where you stand (need to see if someone has a set, so if the board pairs you know where you are) (I don't see AJ making another re-raise)

I'd say trap for sure. It's a beautiful flop for you; there isn't even a matched suit. He has a high pair (otherwise, why the reraise PF?). Let him think you're on the straight draw and hammer at you. Just call to the river and put in a raise at the end. If nothing near your straight appears, make a huge bet at the end so that you looked like you missed your straight and are bluffing. If a king, ace or queen drops on the river, go all-in. He may have hit a set and will call you.

I'd probably call, check-raise the turn if the board doesn't pair and hope to stack him.

If you put him on a set, another interesting line may be to make a minimum reraise, as if to say "I have an overpair but I'm trying to define my hand now to get a better read on yours." If he comes back over the top, simply call, and then check-raise the turn if the board doesn't pair. You should be able to take his stack pretty efficiently that way.

This is one of the reasons I sometimes like to raise these hands preflop. You're implied odds become huge, and you can disguise some monster hands by representing high cards or a high pair preflop.

I reraised. My reasoning was this: "strike while the iron's hot!" I knew once he minraised me had an overpair, and who can lay down an overpair on the flop in 6-max? Espically after a raise and a reraise pre-flop?

If I had called a scare card could have come (the board showing 4-to-a-straight, the high card on the board pairing making him afraid of top pair, etc.), and he might not have paid me off. Instead:

Oh, I didn't see that he reraised preflop. In that case I think your play may be a bit too strong. I mean, you're reraising a check-raise from a player who reraised preflop. You're basically advertising that you can beat A-A or K-K when you probably have him almost dead.

Yes, but those people can't get away from their hands, because they often think the person has AJ or some crap like that. This type of player WILL pay you off, just as we saw

this is a classic. very good read on ur opponent and beautifully put into action.

i call the flop raise, then proceed to out play him for his stack on the turn/river, most likely the river.

Great flop for you, a weak raise on the flop with position is the right move here. Very much so with his check-raise on the flop and horrid (weak) reraise preflop.

Yeah his min riase is suggesting he's trying to trap you, so let him. A decent player would be able to lay down the KK there.

Again ill repeat it. At high stakes short handed no one lays down an overpair on the flop.

Call and check-raise the turn.

his min raise is dumb, hes afraid if he bets too much he will scare you away, but instead he reraies you the min 2.5 to call a 9.5 pot = ez, your almost even getting correct odds to play 9-T vs his KK :D Great post flop play.
