Your horrific run of late may have a lot to do with what you display here. Your river call is a long term losing one. I know that sounds weird, but most of the time when someone pushes really hard on the river after you show turn aggression on a board like that you're beat. You probably had a maniac read on the guy, so your call here was ok I guess. I guarantee you if I ever pushed the river like that after you raised the turn... a) I think you have a queen or a straight, and b) I have 55 TT KK KQ QT or J9 AJ.
Did you know that many hands were ahead of you when you called?

NL Playas don't pay attention to that math stuff or putting people on hands ;)
As weird as the river play was, the turn play has me wondering WTF is the hero trying to do besides make a cute play?

Not to be a jerk, but J9 and AJ aren't ahead here (save for Jc 9c).
That said, it's still sound advice to be weary on the river here. I'd likely cry and call - depending on read. Either that or get some info on the turn, that'd be awful helpful. Probably wouldn't have underbet the river so drastically as well - he was probably just playing at the weakness you showed there...which would be a good trap if you were sure to be ahead.

You're not a jerk at all. I'm a jerk for not realizing the board was four suited and he had an Ace of suit
