Other Card Games?

Do you guys want a new forum under the "Gambling" category for card games besides poker? Like Blackjack, Pai Gow, or Gin Rummy or whatever?

Yes. I've seen a blackjack post or 2 and right now they don't really have a forum that fits them well.

I think it'd be interesting. discussing blackjack, spades, rummy, and so forth.

i think it might be useful for those who want to learn these games and don't know anything about them. (like me!!)

Poker's the only card game for me.

Casino whoring is becoming ever more popular on FTR, so I think a blackjack forum would be very useful.

Absolutely. I play quite a bit of spades, rummy, and tunk (sp?). I'd love to see a forum to discuss these games.

I say yes, because I work for a casino, and love all things gambling.

And Roulette!! Why don't we have a forum where we interview the best Roulette players in the world!!! That'd be GREAT! Did you guys see the WSOR(oulette) last year!!!

Oh, wait...there aren't any Roulette champions...cause Roulette is not a skill game with subtlties and nuances worthy of a great forum like FTR.

I have yet to see a casino offering Spades. Keep me posted.

There are professional Blackjack, Bridge, Gin and Backgammon players. If we want to expand to suit all gambling (as we have with the sports section) then it is only realistic that we offer a venue to discuss these games.

I have ansewed a number of blackjack questions on this forum. (I used to play blackjack profitably before learning poker) Charts for basic strategy really only scratch the surface of this game, and I assume it is similar for the other games that I listed (though know less about)
A "blackjack and other gambling" forum would definitely make sense.
