Setting up a private game.

People here seem to have some experience setting up private games and tourneys online. What sites allow you to set up private games? What are the options? Are they SnG's, Cash Games, MTT's? What kind of flexibility to we have in the buy-in structure?

Pokerroom is good for doing this for cash games - you can do it immediately, you don't get the site involved, and it's very easy.

Nevermind, I logged on their site and saw that you could infact create a SnG.

do you get anything for doing it?
