Why no preflop opener? I think KQs in 5th position is easily good enough for this, even at a full table. I bet this turn as well, especially being in an unraised pot where the strength of your hand is fairly well disguised.

I think you badly need to 4-bet this preflop. Was only min reraised behind you and it's going to be a 3-way flop where you don't have the button. As played, I'm trying to get a lot of money in on the flop as there are a ton of cards that can either beat you or kill your action.

I think you would have to actively try not to stack villain in this one. Overwhelmingly looks like an AA/KK that is going to the felt here. So much that the line you take here should be balanced with lines you would use here with less powerful hands. I try to get it allin by the turn though in a preflop 3-betted pot.

I'm a bit confused by the HH, did he min-raise or triple your bet? That, along with any reads, makes a huge difference here.
Flop, on this board, I'm probably leaning to just checking. If the table was really weak I could bet any 2 here, but I think I'm striving to see a cheap turn, and certainly don't want to play a big pot here under ANY condition, save a backdoor royal flush. On the river you only beat a bluff... I can't see a worse flush or trips going for value on a river c/r on this board.
