Was this bluff O.K heads up???

My reads on this guy was he slow played monsters and checked/called with High PP's and what not so was this play O.K........ I know i shouldnt of raised all in but was it worth a raise???

I thought he would of slow played an Ace or an Jack and wouldnt overbet the pot

yeah he went on tilt the next hand and went all in on the BB after i called with K-K......... he had 5-6suited and i won.
