Villian was a tight player. I folded figuring him to have trip K's. But I tend to always think the worst. He called a $2 preflop bet on 5 max table, so he could have had KJ, AK, maybe even JJ.
P.S. I ended a 2 hour session 2 tabling 50NL 5 max up $90. So I look at that as a good fold now, but at the time I made the decision I was wondering if it was a good fold or not.

I'd certainly bet more on the flop, betting $2 on the flop and especially $2 on the turn looks really weak, it's just like telling him you don't have a king. At least that's what I would think being in his spot and I'd raise you without a king.

bet 2/3-full pot on the flop. Without a read the turn is hard after he just coldcalls the flop, but I'm inclined to bet 2/3pot on the turn without a read. After that I look for a cheap showdown.
As played its hard to know if opp is raising you with a worse hand/air, cuz your weak turnbet just screams being raised. I think I fold, cuz this looks like a classic slowplay. Next time bet bigger though, and try have a read.
