Both these guys are loose passive. Ithink im up against trips and a flush draw but it could be 22 and a flush draw. Ok to get it allin here?

Very easy all-in yes. Although I think you might have lost from the turn+river?..

the fact that he keeps minimum raising suggest extreme strength. Also the button appears to be either chasing the flush or slowplaying 22. I'd flat call the reraise to 3.25, and fold to the turn diamond.
Edited to add: Raise like a man if ure gonna raise. The only thing worse than a min raise is a min reraise.
