Pretty standard post-flop, except I'm not crazy about your flop play. Your weakish lead-out bet practically screams "I have an ace I'm not comfortable with... give me a reason to fold." As soon as he min-raised you, it locked both of you into a "this-hand-plays-itself" pattern where he was destined to win just by being the pre-flop raiser and having position on you. Out of all the actions you could take there, I prefer check-calling, check-raising, check-folding, and leading out strong (for say .80) to the action you took. It seems to me like the least preferable action against a mediocre or better opponent.

I also don't like the pre-flop call. You'll be out of position against a guy who raised in early position, and you'll have an easily dominated hand the rest of the way. You'd be better off calling that raise with AK, any small or medium pocket pair, or low to middle suited connectors. ATs in the small blind, for a raise, is always going to be really problematic, and probably cost you money.

The pot's 5 cents short of a buck, so your bet is actually between 1/2 the pot and 1/3 of the pot... and you're playing very low stakes. While I have very limited .05/.10 experience, the reputation of those games is that only sizeable bets get respect. If you're going to lead with your pair of aces I'd prefer you go for at least 3/4 of the pot, and if he raises you there you can be comfortable that he has you beat. Someone min-raising a .40 bet could have you beat, or could be testing the waters. TT-KK wouldn't surprise me.

By the way, to touch on the pre-flop again for a minute: think about all the hands that a guy in early position is most likely to raise 4xBB with. TT-AA, AK, AQ, AJ, maybe KQ. Now note that almost all of those hands have you dominated. That's what I'd call a really problematic situation post-flop. Hitting either your ace or your ten can't make you especially comfortable. Only diamonds are going to satisfy.

If the bet weak? Somewhat, but its not that weak, its right around half the pot.

With AT I really dont like leading out for almost the pot here, its a very weak hand and there is no reason to commit yourself so much to this pot. OOP I dont think Im leading this flop and unless I know the villain cbets a lot, I am going to check/fold most of the time.

I agree with this point here, the biggest problem was calling the preflop raise, if you hadnt then you wouldnt ahve gotten in this mess to begin with.
