Intercasino NOT RECOMENDED
Hey all, I just ran into a shit load of problem at intercasino...
First. I deposit 100 for the 100 match, my money gets taken from neteller and i dont get it in my account... I immediately call them they say it was a problem call neteller get a statement or transfercode.
I call neteller they say here is transfercode boy i love there service...
Ok back on the phone with this bitch from intercasino, first no offense to anyone but they outsource so it makes phone conversations very difficult. I give her the transfer code and she says ok I will send it to the accounting department. I was like how long until I recieve my money this is outrageous how my money just disappears its unacceptable for a casino at your level. She says they open in 8 hours and then it will take them some time to sort it. I say okay and they said they would email me tomorrow.
So today comes I call them up because I havent recieved an email. I get on the phone tell them my problem and say they will give the transfer code to the accounting department and it will take them some time to sort it out. I said that is unacceptable it happended yesterday and I did this same thing and nothing has come of it. So I preceed to ask for a manager. She tells me she doesnt have a manager. "BULLSHIT you dont have a manager, no one works above you right now?" That got her attention immediately says let me go get my supervisor. I get on the phone with this guy he says sorry for the problem but no one sent it last night so we need to do this again. UGH... So he gives me 20 bucks free cash as a sorry. Ok, whatever they dont understand I am trying to whore the fuck outta them b4 summer break as well as other sites and shit is slowing me the fuck down. So i head out for the day and come back like 8 o clock est... which is like 6 hours after I called first time. I login there is 120$. Where is my bonus? I preceed to call again go through the same process. They say accounting is closed for the night and it will take them 24-48 hours to manually give me the bonus once then recieve the request from this girl in the morning. So now I wait even more, and I still have not gotten the bonus
I am just giving an update to everyone not to use this casino. Many have used without problems but I am soo fed up with them just giving everyone a warning there support sucks my dick hole and I would not recomend using them...
