why would he bet a set this fast unless he knew I had a hand?

I'm not really that tight so he can't really put me on much of a range preflop.

Also, completely independant of that, you're a tight player who raised in early position, then bet out strong on a rag board in a 4 way pot. You like your hand.

First I'd like to apologize for trying to get you to consider the thought process your opponent would likely be going through if he flopped a set. It's probably not even important in these types of spots. Heaven forbid that we raise a set in a 4-way, draw heavy flop when it looks very strongly like our opponent has an overpair, and if he's anything like most party players, he probably badly overvalues strong 1 pair type hands!

I don't know what I'd do. These spots are so read-based and you didn't provide anything of the sort. I think you can probably fold to this huge turn bet, however.
