After the check on the flop and call on the turn, what do I do on the river?

Check on the flop should have sent off warning bells, no? When preflop raiser checks behind blind at this level he loves his hand 95 percent of the time, right?

Probably so, but I am too damn weak to get away from it. I probably bet half to 2/3 pot on the river, and if he pushes, call it with him having so little behind.

well there's no reason to think he'll call such a large river bet with a worse hand. He has Qx/KQ/set after that big turn bet smooth call nearly all the time
