Looks good to me, except I make it $2.5 preflop (4BB+1BB per limper). Looks like has KJ or something.

Looks good except as jackvance pointed out and I would definitely bet more on the river, like 15-20. He almost surely doesn't have a set with this line, no draws hit, and any two pair was counterfeited.

yep id bet more on the river. looks like kj to me, but he might think you were c-betting with a draw and will call you down. a set definetly doesnt check behind on the turn, so you beat every hand he could possibly have

I was 90 percent sure I was ahead here. At the time I thought the river 8 might have beat his KQ but considering the villain that is too much respect. He had AQ.

Still, against villain's like this, I think they tend to think big bet after a check = bluff.
