I don't see why he doesn't. Could be AA?

If you don't think he has a pair, shouldn't you be calling or raising for value here? Your turn push looks very much like a draw and he's not folding qq, kk, aa, aj etc. if he's decent.

But since you don't think he has a pair he'll fold so it's all good. I can't imagine any of his possible holdings even. AK would c-bet that flop with overs and a gutshot you'd think. Could he have a set?
This seems like a very risky push to me. but risky is good :twisted:

Assuming the villian has no reads, isn't this a hand he cannot call with out AA minimum (possibly KK, but it's easier to fold that)? That, and the villian's play screams AK (big reraise in position, then check a missed flop because you're only really ahead of AQ). The only hands that villian can expect to beat are bluffs right here.

Aggressive play, and I like it.

i was thinking villian's flop check meant AK or AQ almost always. i was thinking since they had 10 outs, maybe more if they have AKh, i would push to protect my hand. i was happy to check it down but their play made me pretty sure of what they had.
