ROI?
Hi... I'm new to holdem, and I'm currently playing SNG. I'm just wondering how do you track your performance? I keep reading 'ROI' in this forum. What does it mean?
Is there a different way to track SNG, MTT, and ring games? Hope someone can enlighten me, or guide me to a past posting that discusses these issues.
:D Thanks

A good way to keep track of your performance is to get a tracking software. I'm using Poker Office which works fine for both SNG/MTT/Cash games.
ROI means Return Of Investment which is how much you make each time you play a SNG. Lets say you play $10 SNG's and have a 25% ROI, that means you earn $2,5 on every SNG you play. ROI is not a static number though, it will change pretty much due to variance until you have played a substantial number of Sit and Goes.
