My opponent is aggressive and a little loose, but sticks to attacking weakness. This is the third orbit I've raised his BB when it's been folded to the SB, both times were also to $3 and he folded.

The turn bet looks more like valuebetting an ace than attacking weakness.
I think I am just letting this go to the flop raise, too expensive and too difficult to find out where I stand out of position here.
Also sometimes you should just check call this flop.
