and I was wondering
what do you guys think of the overbet AI, I don't think it should be used too much at the lower stakes and is a move for a deeper level of thinking alot of times with opponents that you have history with
so When? How? and Why do you(if you do) use this play
i overbet all in whenever I make the nuts in an unxpected and invisible way, like when I hit a weird gutshot draw or something.
Also as a bluff when I am almost sure they will fold.

I'd probably use it much more on lower than higher stakes. Most of the time I will overbet....Quote:

I disagree, this play works much better at lower stakes because the players down there are easily minipulated and don't adjust well.
why i meant i didn't think it was good at lower stakes is because you usually have less then 50 hands with alot of opponents
when i did this at 100 it seemed to get called a lot. now at 400 its not nearly as much, but you still get calls. of course i bluff the same way too.
my table image gets me in all too often.
