A-high river call

This is a standard spot to call down w Ak ui, correct? Villain is loose- passive preflop and has shown some aggression postflop since I've sat down.

I dont see how this is standard without a proper read. You say opp is passive preflop and he raises UTG. I think he has a PP like TT/JJ/QQ since he "valuebet" the river or he minraised something like 67s preflop (donk preflop line) making a straight draw and a pair on the flop when he called you.

I don't think he takes this line with missed overs. If he is bluffing, he keeps the pedal on the gas for the turn with a bet. The turn check looks a lot like a PP controlling the size of the pot. He may fear a turn raise with you repping AA or KK.
Although it is your read. With the right read, I will do this, but It is usually against a player I know well enough.

Minraise preflop doesn't tell me anything (besides betraying some donkishness) about villain's holdings. I figured likely hands were 77, j-10, A7, QJ. Somehow I think he's gonna play QQ-JJ stronger on flop since he's shown post flop aggression.

I posted because I just felt that this was pretty easy when hand unfolded. I should have specified that villain had shown river aggression in particular in earlier hands.
